We collect what the alerts need — not your cinema life.

Information we use

We store your Telegram chat identifier, optional Telegram profile name, watch preferences, subscription status, delivery history, support messages and service security logs.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Ticket Sniper stores provider customer and subscription references but does not receive or store full card details.

Availability research

We retain aggregated cinema availability observations to measure how often seats and showtimes appear. Public reporting is aggregated and does not identify individual subscribers.

Retention and deletion

You can use /delete in the Telegram bot to remove your profile and watches. Limited billing and audit records may be retained where required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
