1. The service

Ticket Sniper is an independent monitoring and notification service. We do not sell, reserve, buy or resell cinema tickets. A Ticket Sniper alert is not a reservation or guarantee of availability.

2. Cinema purchases

Ticket purchases are completed with the relevant cinema and are governed by that cinema’s terms. Ticket Sniper is not affiliated with BFI, ODEON, Cineworld, Vue or any other monitored operator.

3. Coverage

Monitoring level and check frequency vary by venue and source. Sources may become delayed, unavailable or change without notice. We publish current coverage honestly and work to restore degraded sources.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Any promotional or founding price conditions are shown at checkout.

5. Fair use

The service is for personal ticket discovery. Automated extraction, account sharing, resale automation, abuse of access inventory or attempts to disrupt the service are prohibited.

6. Support

Contact Ticket Sniper through the Support option in the Telegram bot. Never send card numbers or passwords.
